Bupa’s Home Healthcare division required a campaign targeting healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits of outsourcing homecare services. Firstly, insight and research were produced to establish the correct approach when talking to a largely protective NHS audience. There is a general resistance within the NHS to outsource work to private companies, however Bupa’s service offered a high quality of care and the potential for much needed cost saving. Our job was to communicate this through a series of emails and a supporting brochure.
